1. Use a 200 ~ 300 mesh silk full-scale brush to keep the instrument clean, parts and accessories complete, safe photosensitive ink or spray the substrate to be hot stamped evenly with a spray gun. Liquid photosensitive ink is a kind of transparent varnish, which is specially used for all kinds of hot stamping. It has excellent photosensitivity, high graphics resolution and a minimum line width of 0.05 mm
2. Dry. Use electric wind to dry or use silk plate oven to dry, and pay attention to the temperature of about 40 degrees
3. Film exposure. Use the computer to design and make the required hot stamping pictures and texts, and output the negative for ultraviolet exposure. After UV exposure, the photosensitive film of the non pattern part becomes thermosetting, and the pattern part is still thermoplastic
4. Hot stamping. In the process of hot stamping, which has been monopolized by foreign enterprises in the domestic market, the bonding layer of gold and silver hot stamping foil and the thermoplastic part of the photosensitive film are hot-melt, and each blowtorch should be equipped with an accurate device to control the flow rate of propane and air to bond into one, which is not adhered to the thermosetting part, so as to realize the thermal transfer of the hot stamping film.
